- How do I invite someone to my space?
- Open your space, tap Invite, and share the invite link with anyone you'd like to add. They tap it to open ChoreTab and land in the same space.
- Can I log a chore I forgot to record?
- Yes. When logging a chore you can pick an earlier date to backfill it. You can't log chores for future dates.
- How do recurring tasks work?
- Create a task and choose how often it repeats — daily, weekly, monthly, or a custom schedule — and optionally assign it to a member of your space.
- Can I be part of more than one space?
- Yes. Join as many spaces as you like — home, roommates, a trip — using an invite link for each, then switch between them in a tap. Each space's content stays separate.
- How do reminders and notifications work?
- Turn on device notifications in settings to get a reminder when something's due and a gentle heads-up when activity happens in your space. They're opt-in and designed to be helpful, not naggy.
- Is my data private?
- Your space's content is visible to the members of that space and is never sold. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
- What's the difference between the Personal and Space plans?
- Personal is a per-user plan ($3.99/mo, $34.99/yr, or a $119.99 lifetime purchase available for a limited time). It follows you across every space you join and lifts your per-user space caps. Space is bought once for a single space by any member ($6.99/mo or $69.99/yr — no lifetime option) and unlocks premium for everyone in that space plus a higher member cap and a custom household photo. Premium today means photo attachments on notes and receipts, recurring expenses, premium themes (Lavender, Verdant, Nebula, Sakura, and Golden Hour), and higher limits — with more on the way. - How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
- Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple or Google, depending on where you got ChoreTab. Manage or cancel anytime from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings — these are also reachable from in-app settings. Refunds are handled by the respective store.
- How do I delete my account?
- You can delete your account from the app's settings, or email us and we'll take care of it for you.
